Damon is tasked with killing a hundred people or Caroline.
Stefan is tasked with the same except Elena.
Bonnie has Elena's body and Enzo gets sucked out of the house they are in because Stefan has ownership changed. When he arrives he kills Enzo in front of Bonnie.
It doesn't end there.
So Enzo died as a vampire? Is Stefan still a vampire?

I knew it!!! Started a thread about it yesterday...
So Stefan is a human then. That means he will die in the end.
BTW if that is the case then all of them can turn human by taking some of the cure from Elena.
And since Stefan is 150 plus year old, does that mean that he will start to die?

I think the only way Stefan can die is if someone else takes the cure. Remember when Katherine took the cure and Silas drank it all from her then she started to age rapidly.

That being said: I feel like they are setting it up so they all become Human in the end.
Looks like Damon will take the cure from Stefan and kill him. Defan is so backwards. Can they act like brothers? Julie is Satan. She ruins everything.
