This doesn't make sense to me, Katherine aged rapidly because she was 500 years old, Enzo is almost 150 years old and Stefan is like 175+ or something
When Elena took the cure she didn't rapidly age because she was only a vampire for a short amount of time. But why would Bonnie want to willingly give it to Enzo? He would just rapidly age like Katherine did?

Katherine aged rapidly because Silas drained the cure out of her. Had that not happened she would have been fine.
shareI agree, but I also think, given what we know now about the cure (a partial/any amount will do), getting a trace of it from Silas, even a little bit of his blood to help her... I think that could have become a mission she could have done.
It is like a new development that kind of breaks things as we know them.

Yes. The plan was to take it from Elena so they could grow old together and get married then Kai created the sleeping curse and now Damon has to wait 'till she wakes.

In order for the cure to work, it has to stay in your blood, if it's sucked out then your body ages to the real age that you actually are.
