Give Stefan the cure..that's what i was thinking she should do..however I'm not sure it would work on him.
But that's what i would have done..as the great Buffy Summers once said "when fighting for your life..body parts tend to get a bit broken..better its bits then mine...or ours" lol

It would work on Stefan since we saw that it work on Silas who was also immortal. So yes the cure work. However it's too bad that in order for them to use it on Cade they will have to siphon it from Stefan ,which means he might die.

I bet they can still take it from Elena. Bonnie only took a little, in the past the whole body had to be drained basically
