what would happen to elena now ? the cure is out of her system will she become old real fast and die ?

No,she was young when she became vampire so there will be no problem for her

Nothing is wrong with Elena except for the fact that she age 3 years. However if Elena will not wake up until Bonnie dies, and Bonnie doesn't die until she is 70. Elena would be 70 years old when she wakes up.

She will age throughout the years and die.
