Katherine took the cure and she suffered from old age and died wouldn't it happen to stefan he would he die from old age after taking the cure ?

shareI really don't get this whole cure thing, it seems like they change it to make it convenient for the storyline. We watched Katherine get old, which is why I didn't understand Bonnie wanting Enzo to take the cure. He would have grew old rapidly too and so will Stephan at least according to the writing seasons ago. Maybe Enzo and Stephan wouldn't grow as rapidly as Katherine since she was a way older vampire, but they would still grow old pretty fast.
