I'm actually squealing. I really, realllllllly hope he's in it for longer than one episode. The only way the next 6 episode will be bearable for me is if we have Kai to root for (and drool over). 😍

Me too! Kai and the potential of Katherine are the only thing I am still excited about with this show.

I know he won't interact with Bonnie, but one can hope.

Is Katherine making an appearance? I can't see them ending this show without her popping up.

Haha, I felt that too. I think Katherine has to, she is the one who started this whole hell thing. Plus, I think if they're bringing Nina back, why not? Also, a plus is she wouldn't have to interact romantically with Ian as Katherine.

The rumour spoilers, (that have mostly been right so far) state that Katherine's the final villain of the show in episode 15 and 16.

There's a thread on here about Bonnie punching a hole into another dimension at the end of last week's episode. I bet she will be trying to find Enzo but end up unleashing Kai. I wonder if they can convince him to undo his curse on Elena?

he cant undo it. they tried to make him after he killed himself. he said something along the lines of my death sealed the curse and not even he can do anything about it.

True, but maybe they can tap into Cade's power or use the Maxwell bell or other artifact to get it done? None of those things were available when Kai said that.
