I feel it's really a dumb move for IMDB to remove the message board. Well no thanks to all the spam and trolls who posts at various forums which probably helped in making their decision to get rid of the message boards entirely. Such a waste.
sharepeople need to learn when to use the ignore option, if they're bothered by someone they consider to be a troll

It isn't really about the trolls, but more a technical issue, as I understand it. The boards are old tech and don't "fit" with the new technology introduced.
