Since the board won't be around for the finale I'm a bit curious what everyone would want or not want from it?
Best: A witch traps Mystic Falls along with the MF gang inside a snow globe and the world is a better place for it. Also Katherine comes back and lives a kick-ass human life.
Worst: Everyone gets a happy fairytale ending.

Lol, not really. I just don't have any attachment to these characters anymore and I think it would be best if they were removed from society.
I heard about that movie but never seen it. Is it any good?

Dream scenario for me:
- Stefan kills himself. I don't need a reason, I just want him to die.
- Bonnie creates a new Hell dimension that's a mirror to Mystic Falls (which has honestly been hell on earth for too long) and becomes its mistress, and lives there with her dead Enzo and other familiar dead souls like Katherine, Vicky, Anna et al.
- Elena and Damon live together as humans for a while before Elena decides she actually doesn't want to live with Damon anymore, and she moves out to have adventures elsewhere. Damon is bitter and sad about it to the day he dies but they remain good friends.
- Caroline is the last vampire standing with a human Matt. I think they should destroy Mystic Falls in the finale - that town is a curse. And the last shot is Matt driving into the sunset with Caroline.
I genuinely don't care about the twins and Rick - the show has been vastly improved the last few episodes without them.
I love this. I really love the idea of Damon dying as an old bitter human, undoubtedly regretting his mortality and not having any powers to do anything about it.
shareWorst: Elena wakes up from a coma after the car accident, everything was just a dream.
Best: Caroline and extremely powerful witch Bonnie move to New Orleans. Steferine goes on a honeymoon.

Best: Damon HAS to die and Stefan should too. There should be some sort of inescapable fire set to Mystic Falls. Maybe Elena wakes up in Brooklyn and she's fine, whatever. Matt can escape because I think he's right about things this season.
Worst: A double, or triple, wedding finale. I can't handle a Steroline AND Delena ending. I just cannnooot, but I know it's coming.

Best: All the male vampires on this show are dead + Matt. All the girls are happy and friends and married to normals.
Worst: Double wedding. I will scream. Any sort of Delena dancing. Any sort of Bonnie self sacrifice (or Beremy).
Worst: Stefan and Katherine both die again for no reason.
Best: Stefan and Damon fight The Devil to the death, Katherine returns, Stefan heads to New Orleans on a distress call from Hayley regarding ressurectin The Originals, Damon and Elena move away, Bonnie becomes even more powerful than Cade and runs the Supernatural after-life. We see Silas and Kai one more time, Caroline leaves with the kids, along with Alaric, who finds himself a nice woman. Matt, Tyler, and Jeremy stay and protect Mystic Falls, Vicki and Peter
reconnect, John Gilbert watches over the human
Elena and Damon, Enzo gets his own show but it's actually interesting, and the series ends with a shot of an unknown vampire doing the car trick in a different town.

Sorry perhaps I'm misreading your post. But it reads as either: They just delete the message board after the show's series finale.
Or: People won't post here anymore and/or live post--which is something I've never experienced especially after a series finale.
