Paul said two hours before Kat filmed there is only one more scene left. After those two hours Kat posted she officially wrapped the show which is when she finished. Kat is in the final scene of the show.

She was there during the filming with lots of other cast and crew but she was dressed as herself in a white button down shirt. It was a defan scene. Regardless these scenes are shot out of order. It doesn't mean it's the last scene in the finale.
