Jeremy has Stefan?
I think Jeremy is the one that took Stefan..the synopsis says an old acquaintance kidnaps stefan and is forced to confront a dark secret from his past. And the rumors are that Jeremy does return..so that's what I think.

shareI don't think hed be considered an old acquaintance..plus he's currently on the show why keep that hidden from us when clearly they want it as a surprise..which is why his face was hidden...plus he was just leaving alarics..no way he could have gotten to bonnies that quickly i don't think.

Well, the leaked script has Dorian as the one who shoots Stefan

It wouldn't make sense for it to be him who took Stefan. They were literally a state away?
