I stopped watching it after season 4, I think, but the show is one of my favorites, especially the first two seasons. They are amazing. After that I lost interest, but whatever. I'm waiting for the last 2-3 episodes, I'll watch them to see how it will end.

Damon and Elena are my favorite characters, but I think Elena should end with Matt. After all Damon is 5 times older than her :D And Matt was so human, IDK, it's the better ending, I think. And Damon and Stafan should die heroicly, saving her or something. It's sad and happy ending in one ;d

Can someone explain to me what happend the last 4 seasons in 3-4 sentances, thank you so very much :)

3-4 sentences isn't much but here goes:

Elena was cured of vampirism but a witch named Kai put a sleeping beauty spell on her so she can't wake up until Bonnie dies. Due to magic, Caroline got pregnant with another woman's babies and gave birth to twins but had to leave them behind with their father Alaric. There was a three year time jump. Damon killed Tyler; Enzo & Bonnie were a thing but Stefan killed him and then Bonnie injected Stefan with the cure, turning him human.

Lots of stuff left out but I think those are the biggest events that are still relevant going into this week's episode.

Curious what kind of deal kai made to escape hell.

Bonnie opened the door a little when she screamed. Maybe Kai slipped out then, or he slipped out when Cade did (during the bell- ringing)

Tyler's dead :( I liked him :D Thanks for the respond. And lastly, what about Klaus and the others, the Elena's Doppleganger (forgor her name), are they all dead?

Klaus is over on his own show, The Originals, with his family. The other doppelgängers are all dead. Katherine was given the cure but a bad guy named Silas drained it from her which caused her body to age rapidly until she died. She then was taken to hell. Rumors are we'll see her again by the end since this season's plot revolves around hell and "the devil" Cade.
