low low rating

This was a really good movie. Why all the beef?

I think it's lucky to have this high a rating. The story tries to be touching but is dull and really struggles for any overall impact.

It's not bad, just not memorable or has any reason to rewatch it.

5/10 for me.

There's actually a lot of discussion about this. IMHO, I think it was marketed as a rom-com when in fact, it's a lot darker than that, so if people go in expecting something fluffy with a happy ending, they'll be disappointed, but I thought this was really good.

WHAT THE FVCK IS A BIEBER????

I don't take it a comedy. It is a sad story and very well done in my opinion. Also just found out the actress is daughter of Peggy Lipton (Mod Squad) so I like her even more.

It definitely needs a higher rating and thought it was a sweet and very true to life movie. I prefer films that are realistic than the usual run of the mill cheesy garbage.

I really enjoyed this movie and gave it 8 stars, which are deserved. IMO, it was unique and well-acted by everyone. There are so many crappy movies out there and I'm finding so few I can actually sit through.

I can't speak for everybody else but I just thought it was an okay movie. It was pretty dull throughout. The characters didn't really communicate and things just sort of happened without explanation. A lot of the best actors in the movie were underutilized. She jerks around the yoga guy like no tomorrow, wants to get back with Jesse, and is a total bitch to her supposed best friend (the girl) all because she can't make it work with her husband/friend who is actually really awesome. As I watched this on a whim on Netflix, I didn't really have any expectations. I gave the movie a 5/10... Might bump it up to a 6.

2nd half of the move turned into a Rashida Jones love-in.

Was still watchable tho...

It's currently at 6.7. That's pretty solid on IMDb for a movie like this.
