Beautiful werevolves? Oof!

Later this year, should all of the funding come through, Dekker will find himself up against werewolves in Slaughter Road, written and directed by David Hayter (Watchmen). "To be honest, when I first got the script, all it said was 'Untitled Werewolf Project' and I didn't know who was doing it. I didn't even want to look at it until my manager said to read it. I read it and really liked it."

The film is the first production to come out of Hayter's Dark Hero Studios. "He wants the werewolves to be beautiful, like Alien and H.R. Giger's design." Hold on a second there..."beautiful"? "They're still werewolves, they're like the Alien movies to me where these things will rip your face off, but they're beautiful in their way, too. Horror fans don't have to worry."

Dekker will be joined by Ray Stevenson and a female lead is currently being sought.
