Spectacular in parts, but headache inducing in others

Don't get me wrong, loved the Chicago shootout, but it did get a bit excessive in parts. However, it's not the film's main problem. Did so many of the human characters have to SHOUT so much, ALL THE TIME?

Fully supported Fox when she got fired and am glad she's patched up her differences with Bay, but in fairness to Rosie, she did well for a model with no previous acting experience.

If Rosie had zero acting experience before this, then I have no choice but to agree that she did fine. I mean, obviously the bar for acting skills is rolling around on the floor in this movie.

Honestly, I didn't even notice all the shouting and yelling (I really didn't). The movie is so loud and obnoxious and "headache inducing", like you said, that I think it just became one rainbow-colored gelatinous mold after a while. I can already barely remember half of the movie, and I'm consciously trying to forget the other half.

I see bad movies, but this one I literally decided to never ever watch, and then suddenly I stumble across several threads of people extolling this film and how "dark" and great it is. I was sure I would be miserable anyway, but I decided to give it a chance, and sure enough... I was a miserable wretch.

I despise the transformers movies, they're just... just god awful in every way.
