So, how is it that Megatron and Sentinel Prime

planned to meet on Earth while Megatron was already crashed there during the 19th century and Sentinel only a decade after, in the 1960's?

Jonathan Archer is brilliant. Best Captain character ever depicted on Star Trek

also, if the Decepticons were so deep down in the government, how they din´t knew about the All Spark in the first movie

Two words: Writer's block. :P

Quite simple as well.

Soundwave and Laserbeak weren't taking over the U.S. military, they just had a handful of well-placed operatives working as financial subcontractors for N.A.S.A.

Big difference.

Not to mention the fact that successive presidents themselves were unaware of N.B.E. 1 and that the Decepticons couldn't exactly "hack" above-top-secret paper trails from a pre-digital age, lol.

:P

Sentinel left Cybertron a short time after Megatron left. He was floating through space for many years before crashing on the moon.

While I agree that Captain Archer was fantastic, you apparently need to pay a bit more attention to TF:RotF.

Earth has been a subject of great interest to Cybertronians since 17,000 B.C.

And with Megatron having been a disciple of The Fallen as well as Sentinel having been a fellow and contemporary Prime, it is entirely plausible and sensible that they both would have been WELL aware of Earth since LONG before the events of the first film.
