That crawled all overthe right side Megatron's injured face/head when Carly confronted him?

Megatron is weak so those parasites are attacking him

They were little miniature versions of "The Doctor" from TF:RotF, still busily attempting to repair his injuries.

Of the above two I'd have to go with parasites or bugs, Megatron was damaged and his wound infected and bleeding Cybertronian fluids. We know that Cybertron had animals and insects and so on like Earth, they were just mechanical.

I reckon if they were repairing him then he wouldn't be squashing them and he wouldn't look like a wreck.
