Accuretta interview - order of events

Sam's interview with Bruce Brazos at Accuretta Systems is one of (the last?) of several (all disastrous) that Sam's parents drive him to. Brazos mentions Sam has been recommended by a board member & Sam seems suprised by that. In the end, it's unclear (to me) whether Sam takes the job or not.

This happens *before* Sam visits Carly at Dylan Gould's exotic car museum, meets Gould and Gould tells Sam he's on the board at Accuretta and he'll put in a word for Sam. Next time we see Sam he's working in the mailroom at Accuretta.

Am I missing something or is this a bit of a continuity error?

Not to mention, why in a company like that, the CEO would be interviewing for a mailroom position...that much a micromanager?

Sam's interview with Bruce ends with them shaking hands after Bruce talks him into it. Sam clearly took the job.

Annnnd then afterward discovered he only even got the job thanks to Dylan's intervention.

As for why Sam's interviewing with Bruce in the first place, well, he WAS aiming for a job placement ABOVE the mail room, remember?
