I'm keeping my hopes real, real, real low so maybe the movie will be super neat! Who's watching this friday?

I definitely will. It's always best for one to keep their expectations low for any movie (even if it's not an easy thing to do when that movie is garnerning lots of praise - such as this one), but in some cases, you can't help but hope a certain movie will live up to the hype. With "It", I just know I'm gonna be in for a real treat. :)

That's a good strategy - keep your expectations low so you'll be blown away. Although I'm expecting this to be the best horror movie of the year haha.

That's what I'm trying to do too, and yeah it's not easy. This is the first mainstream horror movie I've been legitimately excited about since maybe the mid-90s. I figure there's no way it will top the possibilities I started imagining after that first trailer was released, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing it this weekend.

Just saw IT! Have to say I liked it - though the music was sometimes overbearing but I guess that's the fault of a lot of modern films. The intro with Georgie was pretty damn good.....!
