Who is Traci?

Traci is shown as being as "Kirk's cousin" and is the one who brings her the drugs in the hospital, tells her that "CPS got the baby," and gets the "Meranda Raven" tattoo. I wonder how she is related to Kirk since to my knowledge her relation to the family is never explained further and I do not see her on the family tree.

I'm guessing she's related on Kirk's dad's side of the family since she isn't on the "White" tree.

Ahhh ... good point. That would explain why she would be "Kirk's cousin" and not "so-and-so's daughter."
