The term "outlaw" isn't glamorizing this family. It's describing them. They violently attack, murder, attempt murder, do drugs, sell drug, commit fraud, and collect social security illegally. All those things are against (outside) the law. They operate outside the law, hence OUTLAWS. If anyone fit's that term, they do. Not all outlaws are as cool as you want them to be, OP.
