I think a lot of people aren't understand the Protagonist in this movie

I see a lot of people on here writing this movie sets a bad example and just because they were bullied they shouldn't have trapped them all and tortured them.

The only character who did the right thing in this movie is Curtis, both the bullies and the outcasts were wrong in this movie. The bullies shouldn't have acted the way they did and the outcasts shouldn't have retaliated the way that they did. I thought it was pretty clear to see but it didn't seem like a lot of people were understanding that.

I agree with you, and I'll add one thought: denial is the biggest favor bullies have going for them.

You can see it on the board clearly enough. Some people don't/won't/can't understand what *could* happen when certain personalities get pushed too far, and you never can tell in advance who's going to crack, so posters are quick to condemn the revenge taken in this movie.

Having been bullied in grade school AND H.S., yeah, I can see how the bullied group
would snap. The fact that bullies generally do it to certain people for no other reason than "they can" makes it impossible for me to feel sorry for the bullies. I know, it's horrible, but I was happy when they were tortured.

The bullied group were at a point in their life that they were in their own form of living hell; they seemed to all have horrible home lives AND school lives. I think they all were just done living like this, and were suicidal at this point. Their rationale was to get revenge like their history teacher taught them, with lasting repercussions. Then, kill themselves but with the knowledge that each bully would NEVER inflict that mental and physical abuse on anyone else ever.

Blocking trolls since 1999!

I was never even bullied and I was pullin' for the killers.

Just watching that punk kid bullying everyone to amuse himself, I could begin to understand what kind of rage victims of bullies amass, especially over a period of years.
