Whose side was he on? He spends a lot of time helping Will. He gets rid of Donald Bloom's body for Will. But that could just have been a cleaning up exercise on behalf of API. Bloom was clearly working for Spangler and a baddie. Yet Bloom and Ingram not only knew each other, it is hinted that they once had a relationship. Ingram says nothing to Will about his friend Bloom trying to kill Will. You'd have thought Will would have asked Ingram about his friendship with Bloom after the attempted murder. Ingram and Spangler go back a long way and Ingram seems to feel an allegiance to Spangler. Yet Spangler has Ingram bugged and followed but I guess he did that to everyone. Perhaps Ingram's real allegiance was designed to be ambiguous.

i agree about the ambiguity of ingram's allegiance. i thought he might let travers get all the info to expose the "fishers island" crew and use the info to join them and take over api himself. just my opinion, but on a show where almost everyone has secrets and ulterior motives, it was possible. alas, we'll never know.
