Just watch the first and only season.

I really liked this show,
and I have a lot to say, but it's really not worth it to expound on a whole big essay
over a simple TV show, because that is what it turned out to be ... of course .. in
the end.
As a TV show this show seemed to take itself a bit too seriously.
First, there was not character that you can root for or like.
Will became a jerk towards the end.
You can argue that this was realistic as he was becoming psychologically out of touch and isolated, not to mention victimized,
but a TV has to do certain things, like a book, or any narrative form, and one of those is to maintain continuity and interest.
There were a lot of good ideas and things, but there is really nothing to do with them in a TV show.

What this should have been maybe was a mini-series, that had a definite story to tell. I really did not like the way everything
got conveniently and cheaply wound up at the end.

This was a clever and smart story ... too much so for its own good because it ended up for nothing - when the story is
casually dropped. Meaning that they had some guidelines and most of the show was about stringing us along to keep
watching.

As good as it was, I really wanted it to be better.

The show was not good at all.
It was just **ckin brilliant dude but maybe too much for you to comprehent.

reply

I agree it was *beep* brilliant and like oceansize said, maybe it was too much for you to comprehend if you're not a highly intellectual being like myself.

Things you're complaining about make no sense. No one to root for? Are you nuts? Will, Miles, Tanya...
Oh but Will getting mean, oh you mean like what ACTUALLY HAPPENS to people living under that stress..../facepalm.
I was
going to reply to your
other
points but as you kept line breaking
and using
sub-par English,
meh.
I lost interest in your narrative.

reply

how pointless was that?

reply

Gee, I dunno...
Line Break courteous of OP's (your) fine
example
Maybe about as pointless as someone who rates
Children of Men a 4/10...
This concurs with what seasize
and I
both agree on.
Complex ideas that involve thinking are too much for you
to
grasp.
As are
times when you should press ENTER
and use somewhat decent English.

People like you and your ratings are the reason good films, like Children of Men, aren't in the top 250. Good day to you and your dismal portrayal of what would be considered piss poor human example.
