What about the guy/guys who were murdering all those other girls? Did he get away or what happened? I feel like this movie left out A LOT of important bits about the murders.

I felt like the guy in the green car was a red herring, or the film did a crap job of explaining what he had to do with the story. It showed him being a creep, and possibly kidnapping a black girl with the black guy who was a pimp, but it left the story hanging. This movie had a lot of potential but it was all over the place, plot-wise.

That WAS the guy -who died of the stab wound n the porch- who murdered all the other girls -with Lucie's son as an accomplice. The son tell his Mother (about Rhino) "he made me help he, he did all the killing". Levon and the blonde guy presumably were the ones who killed Debbie the teenage prostitute they were pimping -it really WAS a separate case. (Her body wasn't left in the swamp like all the other girls). The blonde guy presumably did get away after shooting Levon.

I prefer Imaginality to reality.
