Abusing their authority, beating up civilians, using a little girl as bait (or just very irresponsibly losing her at a gas station), catch a guy, let him go, losing a fingerprint in the rain because 3 people couldn't lift the dead body of a 15 year old girl etc.
I can't think of one thing they did right in the entire film.
Seeing a vehicle that exactly matches the one they want, but ruling it out because the number plate is different
Having some vital evidence under surveillance and allowing someone to walk right up to it and set it on fire
Officer in charge of botched stake out leaving the scene of a mass shootout where an officer got killed because his partner needs a dog
Having a horse and a TV crew tramp all over a crime scene
Stake outs in white shirts
We're gonna need a bigger boat.
Using an AR 15 without rear sights.

I really love it that the cops in this movie acted tough to civilians but failed to catch one single bad guy on their own. They fired numerous rounds but hit nothing.
Brian was knocked down twice and almost killed the second time. He let Little Ann abducted practically under his nose.
It was funny that the baddies offed one another without help from the cops. Mike had a shootout with the two pimps in which another cop was shot. The bad guys got away and then Mr. Tattoo shot the black guy.
At the end, Rhino, Little Anne's brother and Lucie succeeded in killing one another leaving Mike with nothing to do. Absolutely funny!
