Viola Davis was a great villian
and certainly more intimidating than most MCU villians.
And yes, shes a villian. She murdered innocent people.

She was written terribly.
A common complaint is her killing the agents was forced and contrived, just to make the SS look more heroic.
Snyder's Zod murdered a bunch of innocent people too and he was lame. Then again so did Snyder's Superman.
