THIS MOVIE WAS TERRIBLE.
SELF EVIDENT.
I wouldn't come back. If I had been Jesus. I'm the kinda guy that leaves the scene of the crime.

It's ok
Better pacing and editing.
When discussing BvS with a few Associates of mine one of my major headaches I touched on was the film is the pacing and editing there was never two scenes that connected everything was pure random. I honestly think the pacing and editing in SS is far worse. One scene we have the squad getting prepped for battle, then we get a witch film, and we also have a joker movie going on as well. Why don't they put more effort in connecting scenes instead they spread out 2 minute joker scenes throughout the movie to fool your audience in thinking he's in the whole movie.
WHY DID THEY NEED THE CROCODILE GUY AGAIN? WAS THAT BLACK LADY GOOD OR BAD? DID DAVID AYERS THINK THE PASTELS WOULD MAKE PEOPLE YEARN FOR BATMAN & ROBIN?
I wouldn't come back. If I had been Jesus. I'm the kinda guy that leaves the scene of the crime.
I really disagree. Pacing and editing was a problem with BvS and ghostbusters. Those things were on point here. All the way down to how the soundtrack was incorporated. I'd even say those things are phenomenal. The problem is simply the writing. A weak plot, characters not getting fleshed out appropriately, the joker being a pointless character. Croc n boomerang doing nothing. Harley being part of this elite team why?? The whole thing was just really poorly written, but as far as editing, pacing, visuals... All that was really well done.
shareThe soundtrack was poorly incorporated and did not go with the scene it played along with for the most part. The editing was also a huge problem in SS.
shareI really think those were its strong suits to be honest. People are quick to blame pacing and editing because it sounds smart (no offense) but that's not applicable here. Even the trailers were great. It was the writing. It was chopped up a bit, granted, but what was there was put together well enough when those big cuts weren't evident.
shareDid he really say that?
The pacing and editing were bad. I'll say that as an editor, not to "sound smart." They had a marry-go-round of editors, and it pissed David Ayer off. It's completely applicable here.
shareSo, money is all that matters now?
We deserve better than that.
The editing was awful. You could tell this movie had a bunch of reshoots and slapped together scenes in an attempt to make it coherent. The soundtrack was one long string of pop songs as if the guy in charge of putting together the music kept saying “hey guys remember this song?” Absolute trash. Did we watch the same movie? Lmao
sharewow. so movies are not judge only by pacing and editing. if pacing or editing is a off then the movie already fails? wtf. Did you even score the acting? the cgi? the action? the costumes? the set pieces? the cinematography? the gadd damn triple AAA high production quality of the movie. this aint no half ass made movie. the soundtrack? do you even score this things? why its all about the pacing now, so 10/10 is all about the pacing? if pacing and editing is perfect it gets 10/10? wtf.

shareIt has to make a person wonder if Warner Bros. and by extension DC care about their universe. They couldn't possibly have read Ayer's script (written in under 6 weeks) and thought they had a good movie on their hands, could they?
shareIndeed. And what was the deal with that Marilyn Manson looking mothafucka? Was that supposed to be The Joker?

This movie is great! What are you even talking about? Look at how much it's made in the box office so far.
sharePaid hack^^^

A lot of bad movies made money at the box office. So what! Even some Adam Sandler comedies did. That doesn't mean they are high quality movies!
shareLets be fair, I don't think it was all Ayer's fault. Trailer Park did a hack job of editing and the reshoots were blatantly obvious. Where does WB spend their budget? its obviously not in the CGI department.
shareWhen was the last time a studio put out TWO blockbusters as bad as BvS and Suicide Squad in the same year? I can't think of one.
IT WAS IN YOUR OPINION BUT NOT AT ALL. ALSO WHY DO YOU WRITE LIKE THIS? IT'S SCARY.
shareThis is a stunning look behind the curtain of the mess known as the WB

Anyone saying that SS was good, doesn't know a good film from a hole in the ground.
