The lady was in the car for 2 days and in that time the car was stolen from the bad guys then later on sold to another person who drove the car to his house and parked it in his driveway but yet she makes no noise at all while all of this is happening? If you were buying a car wouldnt you want to look at the inside?

shareEven when you are asleep your kidneys are working to remove waste from your body hence the need to go the bathroom in the morning even though you might have been asleep for 7-10 hours and not have ate or drank a thing in that time. so not eating anything for 2 days doesnt make a difference because you're still going to have to take a piss sooner or later.

Maybe she was threatened by the people that put her there that if she makes noise she gets hurt. The threat kept her quiet for a few days, but eventually she just wanted out. This is not a plot hole.

shareHad you actually paid attention you would've heard that she was first put on a plane, after crossing the border, then in a car. I would imagine that since the drug lord lacks an airstrip in his backyard they needed some way of getting her from the airport to him. Hence a car.
