Those poor tenants that had to deal with the smelly and slightly blackened water. When they found her body it was bloated and greenish while still decomposing.
I thought being bipolar meant you had extreme mood swings. The way she acted in the elevator suggested she was full blown schizo. That and the missing footage from the camera. Sounds like an inside job since the water towers are pretty high so how the heck did she get up there to get naked and take a dip?
