Brother and sister? Could this have happened to them and they're continuing the process and it would continue with the children being together?

I also thought it was possible they had abducted these three as tiny children. None of them are really related.

I doubt the father would be capable of running what can be assumed to be a successful company if he grew up like the children in this film. Also, after finding out what his parents would have been doing, and after entering society, I doubt any reasonable person would be willing to subject their children to the same mental torture

Ahhh that's a good point about the father functioning in the real world.

But I disagree about the second bit, I think they'd see it as normal and the rest of the world as wrong and have no issues doing the same to their own kids....
