This couldn've been good. It's not.

I love the idea of putting monsters in classics or history. I liked Abraham Lincoln:Vampire Hunter, I liked Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. Not loved, mind you, just liked. While not being particularly good, they their awesome moments and engaged me.

This one was just really dull. There was no oomph in action. There were barely any memorable scenes or anything to fight the boredom.

Oh wait. There was one thing. I was convinced that Jane would turn out to be a zombie. Baby's bite during the encounter or something. I was waiting for the plot twist. That was the only thing that kept me watching. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. And neither did any good action or anything that would make me care about the characters.

Maybe it requires the love for original original to appreciate... I couldn't.
