Trivia item: Portman / Knightly

"Natalie Portman was originally cast in the film as Elizabeth Bennet before dropping out. Ironically, Keira Knightly, who is often considered her lookalike, played the role of Elizabeth Bennet in the original Pride and Prejudice (2005) adaptation."

Lookalikes? Seriously? And "often considered"? First time I've heard that assertion by anyone.

They're both attractive women, but in no way lookalikes.

Someone needs to have their eyeglass prescription checked.

Check out their roles as Padme Amidala. Hard to tell the difference.

Also, the "original" Pride and Prejudice in 2005? Hardly the first screen adaptation of the book.

I thought the same thing for a moment, then read the wording again. "Original" is meant to reference an adaptation of the original work, as opposed to a zombie version. The wording could have been more clear, but I think it was an attempt to clarify they were not referencing a previous "zombie" adaptation.
