The song playing when they're listening to the radio (before the power goes out) is "Run, Baby, Run (Back Into My Arms)" by the Newbeats, from 1965.

That made the gals in the ward seem like actual PEOPLE and not just characters in a ghost/horror story. (imho)

Best scene in the movie, definitely.
