Well, when you are discussing the live action version of a story then yes, live action trumps everything.
What bothers me is when the discussion is about the film/tv series and people come in with "but in the comics...". If something happens in the comics, it *may* happen in the live version but it does not necessarily need to. share
Honestly, as someone who reads and enjoys some of the comics, they don't count. I actually despise that too. I remember being on the IMDB boards and this kid - who was nice, but infuriating to talk to - kept dropping comments about Anakin's apprentice
As far as the show, there's no evidence at all they know each other.
