Just found out it's Head Over Heels by Tears for Fears
I don't know if it's the same advert as the one I saw, but I heard Blue Monday by New Order if that's any help.

Hi, Blue Monday is not the one I've heard. But it's definitely something like that, from the 80s. I keep thinking Tears for Fears, but I don't know which one. It'll come to me eventually.
