Was there any relevance to Maggie getting pregnant again?

At the end when Maggie was showing, was there any point to this, and do you think Jimmy was the father?

The only reason for it really was to show a happy ending for Maggie after the tragedy of losing wee jimmy and probably due to the fact this child was Jimmy's and not Freddie's

There's no way Maggie would let Freddie near her again ... AGAIN? He looked pretty dead to me....

The reason they showed maggie pregnant at the end is 2 fold.

1. to make us think about the fact that if Jimmy got maggie pregnant at the end he COULD have be little jimmys dad all along.

2. to show that Freddie didn't ruin it for them, that they were able to make things work after Freddies death.
