Bronson Comparison

I've not seen Bronson yet, but Tom Hardy's character in The Take seems to use a lot of the mannerisms of Bronson that I've seen in the moveie trailer.
I've not seen a lot of Tom's work and did enjoy The Take, but is he a one trick pony?

Personally, i thought his portrayal of Freddie was very different to Bronson. As Freddie he seemed much more confident of what he was doing and forced people to look at him.
As Bronson, i felt he seemed almost shy and lost, but at the same time a complete *beep* loon. He didn't need people to see what he did, but only to know that he did them.
His walk was fairly similar but the way he treated people was much more intimidating as Bronson and more psychopathic as Freddie

I second writersanonymous. Hardy is a chameleon, the only similarity between his roles is he often portrays the evil/lost/tormented types. But that's the beauty of it. I took a long time before watching The Take and although I've seen almost all of Hardy's movies, it was a completely new experience to me. And I hate gangster flicks.
