I'm sorry but that drug deal wasn't realistic.Turkish drug dealers would have had one man there to negotiate the deal,and three or four armed men for security.Freddie would have known better than to draw a gun in that situation.And if he was indeed stupid enough to do that,the armed men would have gunned him down.

Freddie would be dead.

But since Freddie is a MAIN character,we'll go with him NOT drawing his gun.So they would have negotiated a deal and gone their seperate ways.

The story would have just continued on from there.

There would be no rape.

The police would start investigating the presence of Turkish drug dealers in the area.

The show would have ended with Freddie and Jimmy either dead or in prison.

Because THAT'S the way the show SHOULD have ended.

Very funny.My signature is a quote from Duke Nukem:Atomic Edition.

But let's get serious.Everything I've said is true.There were hardly ANY people at the drug deal.And I've watched enough television to know that's NOT how drug deals work.

I didn't see any Ecstasy there.Ecstasy is a BLUE pill and the only pills I saw there were white.

Freddie was basically an errand boy.Even if he had been killed at the drug deal(and let's face,he probably should have been)he would have been easily replaced.

I'm sure Ozzy has guys lined up waiting for a chance to shine.

Now people are complaining about how with no Freddie there would be no show.

So let's forget about the book.They changed a lot of the story any way.The backlash from Freddie's death would have made for a more interesting story.

For one thing we would see how Jackie copes with the whole thing.And then there's Jimmy who would have been promoted in the crime world.

And then there's the Turkish drug dealers.Ozzy would have to work hard to smooth things over with them if he wanted to still do business with them.Of course if would be much more interesting if they went to war and we got to see the fallout from that.

This is where the conversation ends, although it ended about a year ago.

Ecstasy IS predominatly white, especially 20 years ago when this was set. Only recently (past ten years or so) have blue, red, pink etc. pills started being manufactured. So for you to claim that you know everything about drug deals, simply because you've watched enough television ( ) and then get something as basic as that wrong proves how much of a clue you don't have.

Stick to the video games champ, those blue pills are a bastard!

A guy at work told me that Ecstasy pills are Blue,that's why I said that.I had no idea that they were originally white.

As for drug deals...

I've watched enough movies and television to know that there would have been more guys with guns at that deal.I also know that pulling out a gun at a drug deal and trying to shoot one of the men who is working for the drug dealer is a sure fire way to get yourself killed.

Freddie should have been gunned down the second he took out that gun.

Then we fast forward 25 years to when lil' Freddie is a grown man now and has succeeded where his father failed in the world of crime.

The show would have been a LOT more bearable then!!!
