why the heck didn't they have him killed way earlier?
its not like he changed at all over the decades (didn't age either)

The show would have been SO much better if he had been killed in the first or second episode.
Drug dealers don't stand around and do nothing when you pull out a gun at a drug deal,they take out their guns and kill you.
Obviously whoever wrote the script has NO idea how criminals in the drug business operate!!!
This was an amateur production with a crap script based on a horribly written story.
