... with the exception of Simon Pegg as returning "Buck." I'm predicting this to be a failure.

It's a Disney+ release. Had it been released in theaters I'd say you're right, but it takes way less effort to put something on the idiot box that will distract the rugrats.

The voice actors were what made these characters... just as important as the character designers and the animators. Take away any of these components and it's ruined.

Doesn't matter, parents desperate to pacify their little ones won't care.
