probably bc they realised its centred around Iron Man (basically Iron Man 4), and RDJ is going to be in its somehow (flashbacks, AI etc) and will therefore easily make $1b if a movie

Hell, they don't even have to film new scenes with RDJ. Just touch up some archival footage.
