Appropriate gift for a teen (is there nudity/swearing/drugs)?

I'm considering this as a gift for my nephew, and don't know if it would be appropriate. I know it's not going to be G-rated, but am looking for a level of what to expect in order to decide (the difference between "swearing plus a few drug references" vs. "full frontal nudity and sex scene").

And just for the record, I have absolutly no problem with my 15-year-old nephew watching all the sex, drugs, and rock and roll he can handle. I just don't want to be forever remembered as the aunt who supplied it under the Christmas tree. :D

I'd say it is fine for a teen, maybe even a bit tame. There is some swearing, but that's about the worst of it. It played on VH1 Classic pretty much uncut apart from a few bleeps and the blurring of a handwritten sign. Also bear in mind that bassist Steve Harris took his son and his three daughters, some of whom appeared to be teenaged, on the tour with him.
