Same 6 out of 10.

6/10 for me too. Definitely not as awful as 7% on Rotten Tomatoes would have you believe.

Seen the film, enjoyed it, good performances from all and kept me hooked all the way through - 8/10

Yeah, I've seen it and it's completely forgettable.

I have seen it and I think its crap. If it were a made for tv movie with a bunch of no names it wouldnt be so bad but with Franco and Hudson I expect a little more. Better off watching the far superiour 'A simple plan' or even 'Shallow Grave'.

I have just finished watching this movie. It was all right. The plot was a little flat, the script was predictable, the violence gratuitous but the performances were good and Tom Wilkinson was, as always, perfect. As many others have, I would rate the film 5 out of 10. In fact, this movie would be an excellent "last 15 minute" movie. Don't bother with the beginning or middle, don't need it. Just tune into the last fifteen! "Good People" is not a bad movie. It is just not that great.

Saw it tonight, I thought it was really mediocre. But the Home Alone climax merely saved the film from being 100% bland and forgetable. The whole audience kept laughing out loud during this scene.
