with the keeper and ruslan, now this one...Seagal has made 3 good ones in a row. the action is great, fights are good and thank god NOT filmed in romania or where-ever..the dubbing is still evident in a couple of spots, but not much. My only complaint was there was too much story and a bit muddled - keep the story simple.. hoepfully seagal can keep up the quality movies and get back to where he was at.
I agree that it was muddled, it should have focused more on Seagal and the girl. All that triads/police nonsense was mostly unnecessary.
The dubbing was horrible, like 50% of Seagal's lines were dubbed. It's painful.
I also agree that it was the third good one in a row. It would even have been the 6th good one in a row, if it wasn't for "Against the Dark" (yes, I liked Kill Switch)
Pistol Whipped is still his best of recent years, imo.
I thought A Dangerous Man was good and better than a lot of Seagal's DTV efforts from the last ten years or so. I got it in a Triple Pack with Driven to Kill and The Keeper for £11.99 which I think is a good deal considering they are his three most recent films.
Umm, too many cgi gunfights and a small explosion masqueraded as a big one...And the final goon SPOILERS gets himself mutilated just as fast as any other stuntman in this film. I liked Driven to Kill better. Maybe I haven't seen a really bad Seagal DTV movie yet.
