One of my favorite endings in film...

Is that weird? Even though its a fake documentary the ending where Joaquin is walking through the river is incredible.

...Joaquin is walking through the river...

Ohhhh, I didn't even realize how symbolic it was until reading your words.
That makes the ending so much richer now. Before, I didn't understand why it was so long, LOL.

Don't look for meaning in others words, find it yourself and if it's not there then so be it. Art doesn't always need justification with words and you will get no such explanation from me. Clearly the scene had no impact on you so don't try to force meaning when it isn't there.

It was such a beutiful and sad ending to this film wow really touched me. Incredible film in my opinion. Wonderful dark humour and the character Joaquin is here is extremely tragic and a film that makes you thoink about what it is to be a celebrity too and how fast al that fame could get lost.

In some weird way I think this film was to honor his dead brother.

Beautiful....I had to watch it a second time, and I cried and had goosebumps in the end...so beautiful. Most beaut music and scene ever, in my opinion.
And poor Joaquin, to him it's like he just lost his brother, the shock never really goes away. My heart goes out to him.

There we were, minding our own business, when kids started killing themselves all over my property.

Agree. I always think of that shot
