Letter writing campaign to Logo

I'm seriously considering writing a letter to Logo about the lack of original/relevant programming on their channel.

It's ridiculous that people pay extra for a channel that has two current shows (Drag Race and Finding Prince Charming) and then massive blocks of sitcom reruns, many of which have no connection to gay culture other than (questionable) "camp" value or that one episode with a gay character/situation.

Before you write your letter, maybe you should realize that the channel rebranded itself a few years ago to move away from being a "gay only channel." The ratings were bad and targeting a gay only audience wasn't helping, so they decided to broaden the channel to appeal to women and gays. They are trying to emulate Bravo, which is gay friendly, but not specifically gay targeted.

I wasn't aware of the re-branding. I don't think the rerun direction is helping either--apparently their gay-oriented programs are the only ones audiences are finding worthwhile: http://deadline.com/2016/09/rupauls-drag-race-all-stars-finding-prince-charming-logo-thursday-ratings-record-1201828172/

Out TV is where I watch in Canada,an all gay channel, with mostly everything having gay content.

Reruns are a lot cheaper than original programming so they don't need the ratings to be as high to still make a profit. As for people paying extra for a channel with very little original programming, there are some channels that have NO original programming. 

Is "Dante's Cove" available one of these days? Did they produce enough to make it worth reviving like "SOAP?"

Dante's Cove was never a LOGO property. It was a Here TV property.

I just thought it could be purchased! 

They don't need any more original programming as long as Drag Race is on. It pays all their bills and then some 
