Has been such a joke this season. The eliminations were completely unjustified. I lost respect for all of them because of this alliance bullsh*t, and especially with Alaska's temper tantrum last week. I pray Katya wins.
shareWell, Alyssa sent Ginger home because she liked Katya more... People are just upset because two fan favourites have gone home. If it were the old formula, Roxxxy would probably still be there and wouldn't have even been up for elimination in the final 5 challenge. The producers are still pulling strings. It's just an illusion that Detox, Alaska and Roxxxy are making choices.
My teenage angst has a body count
I'm afraid you're right. It's very difficult to really know how much leverage the queens had to eliminate one of them. The elimination system was so clever yet so twisted. It gave the impression that the contestants had the power but eventually, RuPaul and the production pulled the strings and knew exactly who they wanted to favor. It created good tv drama, tears and tantrum but it was clear from the beginning that Alaska, Detox and Katya were to end up in the top 3. Who would have bet on Ginger, Tati or Coco?
