Katya. I'm not sure that they would have given it to Alyssa considering her whole, getting eliminated and returning deal. But who knows, maybe they would have. So probably Katya or Alyssa win.

I don't understand this. Are you saying that somebody else was scripted to win, but a outside director, producer and writer snuck their footage onto the actual TV airing to help Alaska?
She wasn't my pick to win, but I knew that she would since the first episode.
shareAlaska deserved each of her wins. Katya underperformed in both of her lipsyncs against Alaska. I'm not happy about it but that's the truth.
My teenage angst has a body count
Katya. She proved to be a fan favorite and if the finale had been shot weeks later as for the previous seasons, RuPaul would probably considered her after noticing that she's as appreciated as Alaska, if not more. Alaska is loved but it seems her tantrum last week really damaged her reputation as a humble and nonchalant queen. She broke down backstage after being told she was in the bottom two and she came across as very selfish. I still like her and I can understand that pressure can be difficult to handle. And Katyas popularity seems to have grown so much thanks to this season. She's so lovable.
shareDetox wouldn't have won the lip sync if she did that. They were not going to send Alaska home. If they somehow decided to let her do that then she would have won. Katya's good edit was actually her being a pawn in Alaska's storyline. Detox performed a lot better than her overall. You can make the case that Katya didn't deserve to be in the bottom during the acting challenge but a stronger case can be made for Detox not being in the bottom during snatch game. Katya is the fan favorite of the season but Detox actually did very well considering they didn't feature her very much. By now we know that the fan vote doesn't really count and the person with the best track record wins.
shareIt was definitely Alaska's season to lose IMO. She would have really had to have *beep* it up to lose. She's by her own admission a Drag Race junkie and obsessed with everything RuPaul and Drag Race. I'm not mad. I think she deserves it as much as either of the other two. My favorite was Katya, but I'm not mad about Alaska winning.
