Reunion was bland
It was rushed and nothing all that interesting was said.

I feel like it would've been better with Phi Phi. I think she's bitter and going through something, but she would've had a lot to say. I noticed these queens kept it cute for the most part.
A bit of the old ultraviolence...
Yeah the reunion was bland. There were a few interesting points. I'm glad Katya pointed out what I've been saying for weeks - that Alaska did NOT deserve to win the two looks in one challenge because she had only ONE FREAKING LOOK (Lil Poundcake).
The reunion also downplayed the whole RolAskaTox II drama. Yes, DumbTox, um, Detox admitted that she shouldn't have sent Alyssa home and should have sent Roxxxy home instead, but I feel she wasn't being totally honest about her reasons - to keep RolAskaTox together and maybe because she felt threatened by Alyssa.
The whole pact thing was ridiculous. Alaska *beep* basically said she made the rules, but then was willing to break them when it suited her.
I still think the "competition" was rigged from day one for Alaska to win. That Ru and the producers had it in their minds that Alaska should win even though many of her wins were questionable.
And NO, I don't agree with Ru and the girls that this was the best season of Drag Race ever.
The best? They're delusional; esp. Alaska!

I would count Alaska's as two looks--she made a distinct transformation from one look to another.
The pact thing was ridiculous to start. They were given that power so they could use it to their advantage, not to make things fair or keep the fans happy.
I think Alaska deserves the win, but still feel the competition wasn't fair to most of the queens. Lots of questionable eliminations.
I would count Alaska's as two looks--she made a distinct transformation from one look to another.
Violet's wasn't her creation though--it was something she bought that is reversible. I don't know why people are so floored by it.
What Alaska was wearing transformed into something else--it was a shroud of trash bags that became the Lil' Poundcake skirt. She didn't just thrown some tearaway off of herself, it was something that became something else, I would count that as two looks in one--both were wearable.
You don't seem to get it: a pile of black gauzy material is not a "look" unto itself. It's not cohesive or completed whatsoever.

Yea, I think also when we say a "look", to me, that means something that you WEAR. You don't cover yourself head to toe in a trash bag or curtains in such a way that you can't even see, that isn't a look or a wearable item. I think "2 in one looks" are 2 functioning outfits in 1, not a body covering.
shareI agree, if anything it was a coverup, not a look by any means
shareGlad Katya pointed it out and I hated how Alaska reacted to it, she didnt deserve that win. If anything I would have put her in the bottom 3 bc she didnt focused on two looks, just one.
shareWho has deserved it; ever? It wasn't so bad early on with BeBe, Tyra, Raya (no fave); Violet, & maybe Bianca didn't make any false steps, but outside of Jinks, I can do without any of the other winners! Bob, Sharon, and Alaska were terribly overrated and I couldn't understand the winning of challenges at times! The judging was so inconsistent! One day they're beating up someone for not having big hair, then this past All-Star season had Roxxxy and Tatiana with very short doos being the top 2 in a challenge!
