A film like 'Chloe' but with a male lead..?

Whilst re-watching "Chloe" for the first time in ages, it occurred to me that there have been a fair few films with the whole 'mysterious/vindictive/evil sexy lady manipulates people' vibe, like "Fatal Attraction", "Basic Instinct", "Poison Ivy" and so on. But would a film like this ever work with a male lead? As in, the male character being the central manipulative character? Hell, there might be movies like that out there but I don't know of it if there is, haha!

I guess I find it kind of interesting, in a way, that although we see females in roles that are more 'traditionally' masculine, like in action films and so on, we so rarely see it the other way round.
